i had tooth exaction. My root canal had infection and i had to take it off. It works in one hour after taking it and put me to sleep. But constipation is problem come with it. After couple of days i stopped medication. After i stopped it, i had strong headache and upset stomach. This medication has withdrawl effect too once you stop.
